Heating
Heat on a clean surface in the microwave for 30-60 seconds at 600W. Keep hydrated by placing a heat proof container of water alongside the pillow. Retains heat for up to 20 minutes. Leave pillow to cool down completely before reheating.
Cooling
Place the pillow in a freeze proof container and freeze for a minimum of 1 hour.
